Store Information

Cherished by Grace sells Catholic apparel and gifts.

Our products are currently available for customers in the United States only.

If your shipping address is outside the United States, you should not be able to complete checkout at this time.

Products

Our products are made to order. Product colours, sizing, materials, and print placement may vary slightly depending on the product, screen display, production process, and print provider.

We do our best to display product images, colours, descriptions, and prices accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device display will show colours exactly as they appear in real life.

Orders

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

An order may be cancelled or refused if:

• Payment cannot be processed
• The item becomes unavailable
• The order appears fraudulent or suspicious
• The shipping address is incomplete or unsupported
• There is an obvious pricing or product error
• The order cannot be fulfilled by our print partner

If we need to cancel an order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed at checkout before payment.

We reserve the right to update product prices, shipping prices, discounts, and availability at any time.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

Cherished by Grace currently ships only within the United States.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary because of production times, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Because our products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, wrong colour, or preference-related reasons after production has started.
