Our Story

I started this out of a rented apartment. Nothing here is ours — the furniture came with the lease, half the boxes are still taped shut, and neither of us speaks the language well enough for real small talk with the neighbors.

Before we moved, I sang in the choir at my home parish, and that's actually where I met my husband — parish youth group, years before either of us thought about marriage. We both volunteered there for a long time. Then he got a job here, we got married, and we left before any of that.

Our daughter was born not long after, and I got diagnosed with ADHD not long after that — years later than it probably should have happened. Nobody catches it in girls the way they catch it in boys. I'd just always assumed I was disorganised, or a little lazy, or worse at things than other women seemed to be.

Most Sundays I still walk into Mass during the first reading, looking for a pew that isn't near the front. I don't love it. I go anyway.

The shirts started because I couldn't find anything that talked about Catholic life the way I actually live it — a little late, a little distracted, still there every week regardless. So I made my own.

There's no parish here that's known us for years, no choir, no group of people who fill up our Sundays the way they used to. Some weeks it's just the three of us and whatever faith I can manage. If that sounds more like your life than the version usually sold to Catholic women, this shop is for you.

My hope is that whatever you find here — whether it's for you or for someone you love — finds its way into an ordinary Tuesday and makes it feel a little more like grace.

Thank you for being here, and for trusting a small shop still figuring things out, one shirt at a time.

With gratitude,

Nikita
