Returns & Refunds

Every shirt is printed for your order specifically, so I can't take returns for a change of mind — there's no shelf to put it back on. Please use the size guide before ordering, and email me if you're unsure. I'd rather help you get it right than have you stuck with the wrong size.

If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, that's on me. Email support@cherishedbygrace.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and I'll send a replacement or refund you.

Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually take 5–10 business days to appear.
